After being forced to pull its Series 9 and Ultra 2 watches from shelves and e-commerce platforms right before the holidays due to a patent dispute, Apple has finally been cleared to sell the watches. Apple redesigned the watches by removing a blood-oxygen sensor, which was one of the main issues of the dispute, and is thus no longer subject to the import ban by the trade court.
