Calling all Rivian fans: the company has announced plans to launch a new R1T leasing program. While its popularity has held strong, Rivian has managed to stay firm on its MSRPs, though last week it did announce its first incentivized program: those who purchased an R1T from the company’s existing inventory were able to receive a complimentary home charger and up to $2,000 in installation credits. Now, the company is offering leases on the R1T for the first time beginning next week.

Today we’re taking a look at Nobis’s performance parka, TJB’s The Barnes and a brand new Snoopy watch. This is Today in Gear.

Looking for a Better Sipper? Try St-Rémy Signature

a bottle of alcohol and a glass on a bar St-Rémy

Since 1886, collectors have always had a soft spot for St-Rémy — but now, St-Rémy Signature hopes to rejuvenate the brandy category altogether. The innovative brandy was created for a new generation of brown spirit-lovers, but is still 100 percent French, with grape sourcing, distillation, aging and bottling all done in France. It can be used to build the perfect French Old Fashioned, or to celebrate stellar moments of reconnection with just one sip.

If hiking isn’t their thing, the company has also released Old Fashioned, Bourbon Bottle, Pork Rinds and … Ted Lasso ornaments.

Now This Is a Serious Performance Parka

Nobis’s Alum Men’s Long Parka ($1,395) is as sleek as it is performance-minded. The wind- and waterproof coat boasts four exterior pockets for gear stashing and is filled with certified Canadian Origin Duck Down — even in the hood. It’s finished with fleece-lined hand warmer pockets, sealed seams and telescopic interior sleeve linings. It’s veritably arctic-ready, keeping you cozy in conditions down to -22 degrees Fahrenheit.

An Ice-Cold Snoopy Watch

Its stamped guilloche dial is made with 25 layers of lacquer and topped with sapphire crystal. It’s powered by a 274-component, self-winding movement and 19 jewels — and it retails for roughly $36,323.

Meet The Barnes

a silver and black knife The James Brand

The Barnes ($649 – $1,349) is a new premium knife release from The James Brand. It’s the company’s first integral design, machined out of a solid titanium billet (which means fewer parts and less maintenance). Fans can shop the blade in two steels — either Bohler M390 stainless steel or Damasteel Hakkapella DS95X, but the high-end and eye-catching Snow Carbon + Damasteel blade option is the obvious choice.
