Some suspect that Uber may have a new service on the horizon. According to Bloomberg, the company is currently working on a TaskRabbit-like service. The report was leaked after developer Steve Moser found code hidden in Uber’s traditional iPhone app for a new service that’s currently codenamed ‘Chore.’ The program is expected to allow users to hire a ‘tasker,’ and schedule their arrival and departure based on the task they need them to complete. Of course, no launch date has been confirmed, but the news does bode well for the company — which just announced its first profitable quarter this year.

Born Outdoor Created a Super Comfy Camp Bed

The Badger Bed 30 ($400) is a modular bedroll system. It’s made up of an XXL Mondoking Thermarest self-inflating mattress laid on top of a wide outer shell made from post-consumer recycled 600 denier ripstop fabric (finished with a DWR TPU-coating) to ensure excellent water repellency, durability and abrasion resistance. Fans can customize the kit with a Sierra Down Quilt, Cascade Flannel Sheets or the warm-weather Baja Quilt and Mojave Cotton Sheets. All in all, it’s a great hack for glamping, but camp-proof enough for the true outdoorsperson.
