onX Maps is known for creating apps and interactive maps for backpackers, off-road drivers and seasonal game hunters. Now, the company has launched a new feature called ‘Recent Imagery.’ Created in partnership with Planet, a leading provider of global satellite imagery and ‘geospatial solutions,’ Recent Imagery allows users to access maps that are updated with satellite imagery to ensure an up-to-date trail view. Updated every two weeks, the maps can help users do things like circumvent recent wildfire dead zones, map out current water sources or simply scope out the best leaf peeping.

Samsung Revealed a 57-Inch Gaming Monitor

The new ‘Odyssey Neo G9’ is a $2,500 gaming monitor that has the resolution of two side-by-side 4K displays. The company first teased the monitor last November, before eventually announcing it at this year’s CES. Now, it will be available in October. The monitor’s 57-inch curved Mini LED display has a refresh rate of 240 Hz and a total resolution of 7,680 x 2,160.
