Did You Hear About the Flying Car?

For the first time ever, The U.S. Federal Aviation Administration has officially approved a flying car. The team awarded Alef Aeronautics a Special Airworthiness Certification for its new ‘Model A’ ($300,000) vehicle, which is currently available for pre-order. Classed as a tilting biplane, the Model A is entirely electric, and flies by lifting 90-degrees right off the ground. Though full specs have not been released, fans can reserve the vehicle today for $150, or reserve a priority pre-order for $1500.
