Bianchi emphasizes that its new Oltre RC is intended for World Tour racing and professionals – but for between $5,285 and $14,827, anyone can bring one home. Built with a lightweight, carbon aero frame and electronic drivetrain, the bike’s flagship design feature is a central air channel that creates airflow around riders’ legs. Also available is the Oltre Pro, which “shares the same construction principles” as the RC (plus Air Deflector technology) but was designed to offer a more comfortable ride for “less extreme riders.”

St. George Spirits made a name for itself as a master purveyor of inventive spirits, from Absinthe Verte to California Shochu. Now, the brand has released a limited-edition 40th Anniversary Edition Single Malt Whiskey to celebrate its liquor legacy. Over 600 casks were tasted, but only 14 were pulled in for this release. Barrels range in age from four years old to “one of the earliest casks the distillery ever laid down,” and the resulting spirit comes with an SRP of $500. On the nose, fans can find vibrant cola, dark chocolate and lager, which then transforms into bold notes of walnut fudge, amber malt and buttered waffle on the palate.

The brand’s new BR-X5 is based on the brand’s previously released BR-05 series but replaces the usual Sellita-based mechanical movement for a new, cutting-edge caliber. The brand’s new Kenissi-manufactured, self-winding movement – the BR-CAL 323 – bumps the previous 40-hour power reserve up to 71 hours and guarantees better precision than the previous models. Beyond that, the new model retains a similar case and integrated bracelet to the BR-05, but between the new movement and a handful of additional, new technical details, the BR-X5 is set to retail for roughly $2,000 more than its predecessor: from $6,900 to $11,800.
