Athos plans to launch the world’s very first 3D-printed climbing shoes. To secure a pair, shoppers scan their feet from their smartphones. From there, the brand will take the images and construct a custom climbing shoe built (or rather, printed) to each foot’s exact measurements. Customize the design and choose from several colors, forms, midsoles and other features to create your own perfect shoe. While the idea launched with an order form on the Athos site, it’s unclear when the shoes will become available or how much they will cost. Nevertheless, the concept qualified the company to rank as a runner-up for the James Dyson Award.

The new AirBell is making it easier to protect bikes against theft. Available now for just $19, the small bicycle bell was designed to conceal an Apple AirTag within it. From there, if your bike is stolen, you can simply use the Find My app from your iPhone to track the bike in real-time. A great gadget for city bikers, the AirBell is sure to come in handy when you need it most.

Divo Knives Launches the Buzz

Founded by Kevin Johnson (a popular Youtube knife reviewer) and Colin MaisonPierre of CM Knife Designs, Divo Knives released its first knife – to much fanfare. Now, the brand has teed up its second release: The Buzz. Boasting a 3.3-inch long blade made of 20CV steel, the Buzz was designed with “titanium scales over a nested titanium liner-lock with steel lockbar insert.” The folding knife comes in four colorways and retails for $299.

This Desk Mat Can Charge Your Devices

The reversible ALTI Wireless Charging Desk Mat was designed with a thin strip that can wirelessly charge your devices while you work. The two-sided desk mat features a smooth vegan leather surface on one side and a soft felt material on the other. No matter which side you choose, the detachable, magnetic charging panel remains on the left side of the mat, where it can charge your phone and another device (like AirPods) at the same time. Available in light gray or black, the $130 charging mat is paving the way for smarter desk mats to come.
