GlenDronach Distillery has officially released The GlenDronach Grandeur Batch 11 ($800). The brand calls the release “an exquisite example of [GlenDronach’s] signature richly-sherried Single Malt Scotch Whisky” and describes the 28-year-old Single Malt as a “rare and luxurious expression.” Notably aged in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks, the ruby-tinged liquid boasts a nose full of dark manuka honey, roasted almond and walnut. On the palate, find an intense, full-bodied spirit that ends with a “persistent chocolate, licorice and walnut finish.”

Alex Crane, the burgeoning, Brooklyn-based sustainable staples brand, just dropped a quilted version of its best-selling Kite Jacket. The new piece is inspired by classic French chore coats and made from soft, quilted cotton twill.
