Ever dreamt of having your own submarine? Well, keep dreaming. Highland Systems has developed an armored submarine capable of diving depths of over 800 feet and hitting speeds of up to 50 mph over water (as well as 30 mph below the surface). The sub’s design was inspired by a ray and measures over thirty feet long, powered by a combination diesel generator and 1,200-horsepower electric jet ski powertrain. 11 people can fit inside the submarine, which has a maximum runtime of 54 hours. Boasting air conditioning and torpedo launchers, interested parties will have to contact the brand to learn exactly how much the armored Kronos submarine will cost.

Fully Modernized Vintage Cars? We’ll Take 10

Kindred Motorworks is, frankly, revolutionizing the car industry. The company builds vintage models at scale, then equips them with all the reliability – and conveniences – of a modern vehicle. Fueled by a technology-driven approach, the team uses a proprietary “Blueprint” technology platform to standardize every step in the process, so every Bronco, Camaro or VW Electric Bus comes out just as solid as the last one. Plus, the company’s designers, engineers and auto specialists spend over 10,000 hours prototyping, testing and designing every model. So if you’ve ever dreamed of owning a vintage car – securing one just got way easier. Pre-orders are open now, with plans to produce $100 million of cars annually beginning in Fall 2022.
