Finding the right office chair can be a daunting task. No matter how many ergonomic buying guides you read, or how tempting it might become to secure a ‘perfectly fine cheap desk chair,’ only you can know when you truly find ‘the one.’ Luckily for gearheads everywhere, Mercedes-AMG is releasing ergonomic office chairs modeled after the seats in AMG’s sports cars. Marketed as an ultra-premium gaming and office chair, the chairs are constructed with materials also found in the brand’s vehicles, and include features like heavily padded armrests, a high backrest, and powder-coated frame. They also feature red decorative stitching and stripes, sports seatbelt openings and chrome wheels. Retailing for $3,539, the first fifty chairs will be reserved for AMG Private Lounge members. After that, it’s anyone’s game.

Casio Prepares to Release a Full-Metal G-Shock

Last summer, Casio released its GM-2100 “CasiOak,” a metal covered watch that featured a band made of urethane material. After the watch quickly became extremely popular, Casio is coming back with its new, full metal, “GM-B2100D” – a G-Shock constructed with a stainless steel case and matching stainless steel bracelet. The watch will also host several features like bluetooth connectivity, solar charging, and a fully automatic calendar. Available in silver, black and rose gold, the GM-B2100D is expected to drop August 12 for ~$530 – $595.

Salomon Teams Up with Bodega on New Suede Sneakers

When Salomon reached out to Boston-based streetwear brand ‘Bodega’ to reimagine its X-Mission 4 Suede, the Bodega team decided to create a shoe that could conquer everything from sidewalks to backcountry trails. The resulting sneaker (designed in partnership with Shaun Crawford) features a tie-dyed nylon ripstop upper, cushioned midsole and all-terrain outsole. Detailed with bright yellow, pink and teal accents, the shoes will become available for $160 on July 29, and almost certainly sell out immediately.
