Welcome to the ‘Hood: Introducing My Favorite Neighbor Cabernet

sponsored product my favorite neighbor bottle of cabernet poured out into to a glass My Favorite Neighbor

My Favorite Neighbor is the perfect companion for relaxing, warm summer nights. It’s a taste of California in every sip, created by farmer-winemaker Eric Jensen. To make My Favorite Neighbor, Jensen sources grapes from “A+” vineyards farmed by his winegrower friends in San Luis Obispo County. The grapes are grown with organic methods and the wine is made at the solar-powered winery in Paso Robles. The 2019 vintage is a standout, unlike any other you’ve had the pleasure of meeting. The palate will sense notes of black cherry, plum and medium roast coffee, while “silky tannins” yield an “extremely long and mineral finish” that will linger softly on your tongue and fondly in your memory – at least until you crack a second bottle. Also try other My Favorite Neighbor bottles, like MFN Blanc and MFN Rosé, both exceptional choices year-round.

An Investment Piece to Get Lost In

Norse Projects came together with artist Geoff McFetridge to create one of the most interesting collaborations as of late. The line was inspired by the theme of “getting lost,” and while major gear heads are more than prepared to stay locked in on the trail, the motif is beautifully woven into a series of small artworks that are embroidered and printed within the garment – for the owner’s eyes only. The Twill Vest (available in Umber, Light Khaki and Hydron Blue) is a comfortable play on traditional outdoor vests and insulated with CashPad – an innovative textile made from recycled cashmere and wool jumpers. Fans can shop the vest for $365, with a 20 percent discount applied to purchases made in the United States.
