We’ve never seen a wallet with a “magnetic trap door” before.

bellroy flip case Huckberry

This could just be a personal problem, but this writer has been struggling to find a wallet that’s an upgrade from a basic bifold, without having to (ironically) spend a fortune on a luxury or conceptual wallet. This option from Bellroy, available at Huckberry, is an ECCO Leather flip case that features dual compartments and room for eight cards (with a little space for cash). The wallet has magnetic “trap doors” that open with a slight tap, and snap back when you’re ready to close things up.

Nezumi releases limited Voiture chronographs in honor of 10th anniversary.

To celebrate 10 years in the business, Swedish producer Nezumi is releasing a limited edition of its Voiture motoring-inspired chronograph. Taking cues from the funkier dial design aesthetics of the ’60s and ’70s, the Voiture model is significant not just because of founder David Campo’s love of vintage cars, it’s also referenced as the brand’s “very first watch.” This special edition features a manually-wound Swiss-made Sellita cal. SW510 Mb movement, and opts for a jubilee bracelet (as opposed to the model’s usual leather racing strap).

It’s happening: Allagash launches its first-ever American IPA.

allagash swiftly ipa Allagash

Once virtually-exclusive to Allagash’s headquarters and born out of its brewery staff-led Pilot System, Allagash has opened up the Swiftly IPA to national distribution. An amber-colored American IPA, the beer earns its name from the fast-growing hops that grow… well, “swiftly,” at the start of spring. This new release aims to embody the citrusy, resinous nature of its hop profile, and will be available wherever Allagash is available in both 16oz cans and on-draft in select locations.
