The iconic Volkswagen Bus is ready to make a return. Rolling back into a full reveal on March 9, the VW Bus — now known the ID.Buzz Microbus — will hit streets in the U.S. in 2023. Based on the Type 2 Microbus from the 1950s, the vehicle is rooted on the Modular Electric Drive (MEB) platform that drivers can see on VW’s ID.4 EV. While Europe will get a few options, including a cargo edition with no windows, stateside drivers should expect a passenger-friendly version of the ID.Buzz microbus with three rows of seating and starting somewhere around $40,000. Hey, this isn’t the car for everyone, but we’re not hating on this futuristic EV-inspired rework of a retro classic. Motoring news aside, we’re giving the run-down on Ochs und Junior’s minimal dual-time watch, Burrow’s new bedding collection and the best mittens on the market. This is Today in Gear

You’ve never seen a dual-time watch like this before.

There’s something charming about world and dual-time watches, even if the displays can get complex or straight-up experimental. We love this hyper-minimal timepiece from Ochs und Junior — the Due Ore — make keeping dual-time easier than ever. The outer ring of the face features 12 numeral-free dashes laid out like a conventional watch, with an inner ring featuring 12 windows hosting conventional numerals. All you have to do to set the watch to a second time zone is rotate the inner face to reflect how many hours ahead the second timezone is. It’s a staggeringly playful (and easy-to-read) take, encased in Grade 5 titanium.
