Moncler, the luxury outerwear brand with alpine roots, has a penchant for collaboration. This is best summed up in its Moncler Genius project, which taps notable designers to put their spin on Moncler outerwear. In lieu of a traditional fashion designer, Moncler has confirmed a collaboration with former Apple icon (and man behind design firm LoveFrom) Sir Jony Ive. While details on the collaboration are scant at the moment, it’s believed that the pair will be blending Moncler apparel with Ive’s world-renowned aesthetics (he did help design the iPod and iPhone), focusing on sustainability. As we wait for more news on the upcoming collection, take a look at today’s gear updates, including J.Crew’s curated vintage watch shop and the custom googles that are designed to fit perfectly — thanks to your iPhone’s selfie camera.
