Classic dive watches from the 1950s and 1960s are still the mark by which all others are judged. They were supreme tool watches with crisp styling, mounted on sturdy bracelets that could stand up to everyday use. This is the ideal MONTA’s Oceanking is built after, except with some key comfort and technical updates that help set it apart in a sea of dive watches.

Firstly, the steel bracelet consists of curved and fully articulating links that wrap around the wrist for a more comfortable fit. This is further enhanced by a proprietary quick-adjust clasp and is capped off nicely with a beveled edge on every outer link. Utility is elevated in the Oceanking with Swiss-made fully luminescent hands, indices and ceramic bezel to provide legibility in any conditions. And at 40.7mm in diameter, its case proportions hit the sweet spot for a versatile modern dive watch.
