It’s important to keep in mind that the FTR1200 is “an exploration of what a street-legal tracker could look like,” as Indian Motorcycle Co. calls it. But it’s also worth knowing the bike is entirely plausible and could go into production. This exercise is essentially just Indian testing the waters for the public’s reaction to the bike.
