Aztech Mountain Loge Peak Ski Shirt
Flannel shirts are a cold-weather staple. But a flannel shirt whose collar flips up to morph into a turtleneck? That’s next level. Aztech Mountain’s Loge Peak Ski Shirt makes après-ski style a cinch. It’s made from brushed cotton and reinforced with elbow patches for good measure. Available in Midnight Check and Merlot Plaid. TIG-gear-patrol-Amazon-cloud-cam

Amazon Cloud Cam Indoor Security Camera
This is Amazon’s first smart security camera and it’s integrated with Alexa. After setting up and naming the camera, you’ll be able to say “Alexa, show me the [camera name]” and see the live feed in full HD on your Echo Show, Echo Spot, Fire TV or Fire tablet. You can use the Cloud Cam App on your smartphone, too. Like other smart security cameras, to get the most out of this you’ll want a Cloud Cam subscription (there are several options to choose from), which gets you more intelligent alerts, larger storage options (days instead of hours) and the ability to add more cameras to your premium setup. The camera costs $120 and release on November 8. — Tucker Bowe

TIG-gear-patrol-Vuarnet-x-nightlynx

Vuarnet Nightlynx Collection
These aren’t Corey Hart’s nighttime shades. Vauarnet has applied lens technology normally used by fighter pilots for lenses that amplify contrast and distance perception while filtering out blue light and providing 100 percent UV protection for better vision in low-light situations. It’s the perfect accessory to keep handy when you’ve been driving all day and the sun dips below the horizon. Think of it as a low-tech night vision. — Bryan Campbell

TIG-gear-patrol-Redwing-boots

Red Wing Heritage for J.Crew Roughneck Boots
To celebrate 10 years of collaboration, J.Crew teamed up with Red Wing Heritage to re-release the Roughneck boot, a vintage style featured in the brands’ first collab in 2007. This exclusive six-inch moc boot features Vibram lug soles, Goodyear welt construction and Yuma Gaucho brown leather from the S.B. Foot Tanning Company. They’re timeless, rugged boots launched just in time for inclement fall weather. J.Crew provided this product for testing and review. — John Zientek

TIG-gear-patrol-american-trench-socks

American Trench Fisherman’s Cable Knit Sock in Baby Camel Hair
If you want to splurge on a pair of socks this winter, don’t overspend on cashmere. Try this cable-knit sock made from baby camel hair. It’s super warm and soft and, importantly, less expensive than cashmere. This Italian-spun yard is easy to care for, too — just machine wash cold and air dry. — John Zientek
