At this year’s CES, Sleep Number unveiled a smart bed similar to their x12, but for kids. The SleepIQ Kids bed can be softened, firmed and be adjusted to sit up, which is great for dedicated Harry Potter readers; it has an under-bed light and, of course, sleep tracking technology. In an age of travel and smartphones, it’s only natural that Booking.com, Planet Earth’s #1 accommodation site, has an app. And believe it or not, it’s super simple to use. The app uses your location to pinpoint hotels, B&Bs and more nearby — and it displays all of this on a single page. On top of that, users can check in offline to negate compiling (pricey) data charges. Free

Paul Smith x Castelli Cycling Jerseys
Why should soccer and football fans have all the fun? This winter, you can support your favorite cyclers as they race across the 663-kilometer Dubai Tour by wearing their jerseys. The leaders of each race classification will have the honor of wearing jerseys designed by English designer Sir Paul Smith. This iPhone app from Mint Digital calls back to the era before digital cameras, when you couldn’t look at a photo two seconds after you take it. You take 24 photos (which you can’t review) and they’re eventually sent to your door. Unfortunately, this means you might develop some out-of-focus photos, but it does save you the time of selecting and editing. $20 for 24 photos

2015 Shelby GT
The new 2015 Shelby GT is the latest muscular Mustang release, bowing at Barrett-Jackson in Arizona with 627 horsepower from its 5-liter Coyote V8 and complemented by Ford Racing Performance parts, Shelby enhancements and aftermarket niceties like a high-flow Borla exhaust, huge WELD Racing wheels and Wilwood brakes. It also gets carbon fiber aero bits and beautiful (if unnecessary) grille trim in fancy billet aluminum. What will all this cost you? McLaren celebrates the 20th anniversary of its 1995 F1 GTR win at 24 Hours of Le Mans, the oldest active endurance race in the world, by unveiling a special edition 650S.
