Here’s one thing to look forward to: It’s an Olympic year. The athletes, on the other hand, have a little something to look forward to as well. Not only will they be competing to cement their place in history, but they’re also competing for a little piece of the Eiffel Tower. Each of the 5,000 medals for the 2024 Paris Olympics this summer will contain a polished piece of the 135-year-old Eiffel Tower. The tower undergoes routine maintenance that often involves cutting off old girders and bits, so after being painted and polished they began a new life inside Olympic medals. How is that for a prize?

We know what banana is, but bergamot? It’s a citrus fruit that provides a bit of tart lime-y flavor that yields a honey-vanilla vibe when paired with the ripe banana.
