We’re suddenly finding ourselves a little extra jealous of Australians. The country’s Senate passed a bill last Thursday that gave workers the “right to disconnect.” The new legislation means that workers would have the right to ignore emails, calls and messages outside of work hours without fearing repercussions. No more blurry lines between work hours, or Slack messages begging for your attention during dinner. Americans can only look at all of this longingly from afar, as the country ranks far below Australia in terms of work-life balance.

A Heart Cocotte

Duffels, packs and cubes that is! Patagonia’s Black Hole collection is now made from recycled TPU, which is another great reason to love it. Spice it Up 

There are many different ways to spice up your life, but we’re inclined to believe that finding your favorite hot sauce and then putting it on absolutely everything is a great method. Try the Truff White Hot Sauce ($35) for the perfect umami flavor supplied by ripe red chili peppers infused with white truffle and agave nectar. While hot sauce has no boundaries, the company recommends putting it on Mac n’ cheese, roasted vegetables or fried chicken.

A New Dynafit Boot 

The new Ridge Pro Boot from Dynafit ($900) is changing the game for backcountry skiers. It was designed to do the thing that everyone wants in a touring boot: be super light and flexible on the uphill, but capable of ripping on the down. The Ridge Pro features a 70-degree cuff rotation, a 101mm last, 120 flex and weighs 1,250 grams.
