In the first line, you state, “Long gone are the days when the commuter bike was an old-school mountain bike with a potpourri of parts and a rear wheel that was only roughly true.” Well, I have one thing to say about that! And the rear wheel is indeed only roughly true!

Fresh Cacao
Our team just returned from Oahu to write a chapter for the Gear Patrol Magazine: Issue Four. They tried fresh cacao — yes, the main ingredient in chocolate — which looks much different fresh than it does in bar form.
