Eversolo is a rising hi-fi company that’s best known for its high-quality DACs and wireless streamers for the modern era.

At High End Munich 2025, one of the world’s largest annual audio trade shows, the Chinese audio maker is debuting its first-ever streaming amplifier.

It’s called the Eversolo Play.

Just add speakers

The Eversolo Play is a “just add speakers” audio component — a category growing in popularity — that combines an amplifier, a DAC and a wireless streamer. It has a variety of inputs for wired sources, too.

The streaming amp packs a Class D amplifier that promises to deliver 60 watts per channel (into 8 ohms) or 110 watts per channel (into 4 ohms). The onboard AK4493 DAC supports high-resolution audio files including DSD512 and PCM up to 32-bit/768kHz.

According to What Hi-Fi?, Eversolo claims that the streaming amp will drive bookshelf speakers “to recreate every nuanced detail.”

Like the brand’s existing wireless streamers, the Eversolo Play has a sleek design with a large (5.5 inch) touchscreen and a tactile volume knob.

TV, turntable … CD player?

Naturally, the Eversolo Play has built-in Wi-Fi and supports a wealth of modern streaming features, including Tidal Connect and Spotify Connect. It’s also Roon Ready.

On the back, the Eversolo Play has a variety of inputs for connecting wired sources, including an HDMI ARC for connecting a TV and making it the hub of your home theater. It also features a MM/MC phono input for connecting a turntable.

Most interestingly, Eversolo will sell a variant of the Play with an integrated CD player — Eversolo Play CD Edition — for those who want a modern player that can keep that physical media format alive.

Price and availability

The Eversolo Play is set to cost €699 (or roughly $770), while the CD Edition is set to cost €799 (or roughly $885).

At the time of writing, the exact release date of the Eversolo Play is still up in the air.
